Sisters

Two clasped hands, cropped close against a dark ground. One holds the other at the wrist and fingers, the pale pink of a sleeve framing the right edge. Warm flesh tones sit against grey and near-black. I kept the background flat and low so the hands carry all the light. The skin is built up in thin, blended passages, soft at the edges where the forms turn into shadow.
